About Me

I love to travel and I love to run! Now I love to do them together!

I am the mother of three teenage boys and our family of five lives in Mission, BC, Canada (just outside of Vancouver) near may lovely running trails. We escape BC's rainy winters to live near the beach in the tropical heat of Dominical, Costa Rica.

We love to travel to new places near and far! I have fallen in love with my travel runs and they have become some of my most cherished travel experiences. I have found it difficult to find good information on local run spots; I want to find the best local run spots! So, this site was born. It is my dream to create a community of runners that can share information to help us all run the world and create the best travel memories ever! I hope you will share my excitement and join us, together we CAN run away!

My next race: Half Marathon Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica May 9, 2016
